In our RN we always appreciate everyone who steps forward to help. Volunteer work comes from the heart and every contribution makes the community better.
At the same time, we also follow a simple principle. Positions are held by those who have been active, consistent, and committed. If someone has been contributing strongly, naturally they will continue to lead. If participation slows down or a role needs to shift, it is not personal. It is part of keeping the team effective and fair for everyone.
Sometimes this means a change in role or even stepping down. This is not a punishment. It is simply what the team has voted and agreed on. We respect the decision made by the committee and we move forward together.
Our goal is always unity. No hard feelings, no blame. Every volunteer remains valued regardless of title or position. Everyone still has a place to serve and grow if they wish to continue contributing.
We keep things transparent, fair, and focused on what matters most building a stronger community for our residents.
